might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you
pay for any service on our website. We NEVER collect your credit card number or
credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our
website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online

addition, for our CashoPOS Books (earlier known as CashoPOS GST), Online Cloud
Software is enabled with Google Drive deep integration, the drive or any
related services, procedures, artifacts, images, are accessed only thru your
consent, and must agree with the privacy, legal aspects of Google for such
software, services.
Data
retention guidelines vary from time to time based on government rules and
regulations, and the internal best practices defined.
We
will retain and utilize your information to the extent necessary to fulfill our
legal obligations (for instance, applicable laws may mandate the retention of
your data), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
As
on the date of last update of this policy, data will be retained as long as it
is necessary to address government regulation if you have already filed or
downloaded json to efile. This is to make sure, we maintain traceability of
integration with the ERI services from Income Tax Department.
In
all other cases, data removal requests from the clients, customers, associates,
partners would be honoured only after proper identification of such requests
and verified in at least two forms of communication and an acknowledgement. Any
non-direct requests or requests made from or through 3rd party websites would
be rejected without any acknowledgement for such requests.

to be processed with due diligence.
